Activities Performed during the week: Throughout the week, I engaged in a diverse array
(Minimum 150 words) of activities that provided me with valuable insights
and practical experience in the field of human
resources at Max Fashion. The week commenced
with an induction program, during which I
familiarized myself with Max Fashion's
organizational hierarchy and gained an
understanding of its intricate supply chain process.
Additionally, I delved into the LEAD model, which
emphasized the principles of listening,
empowering, adapting, and delivering,
underscoring the importance of effective
leadership and organizational culture.
As the week progressed, I had the opportunity to
immerse myself in store operations at a Max
Fashion outlet. Here, I actively participated in
customer interactions, assisting with tasks such as
collecting feedback, promoting events, and
observing customer behaviors. This hands-on
experience provided me with firsthand knowledge
of the retail environment and reinforced the
significance of communication and teamwork in
achieving store objectives.
Furthermore, I had the privilege of working at Max
Fashion's head office, where I collaborated on
various HR projects under the guidance of
experienced professionals like Kalyani Reddy. This
exposure provided me with insights into the
strategic functions of HR, including talent
management, employee relations, and
organizational development. Additionally, I
assisted with recruitment outreach efforts and
employee file profiling tasks, honing my
communication and record-keeping skills.
Towards the end of the week, I undertook the
responsibility of collecting employee details from a
nearby Max store. By effectively communicating
with the store manager and establishing friendly
rapport with employees, I successfully completed

the task, ensuring accuracy and completeness in
data collection.
In summary, the week was filled with diverse
learning experiences that deepened my
understanding of HR practices and equipped me
with valuable skills essential for success in the field.
From store operations to head office activities,
each task presented its unique challenges and
learning opportunities, contributing to my growth
and development as an HR intern at Max Fashion
