• Developing Social Media Strategies: Create, implement, and manage comprehensive social media
strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and overall online presence.
• Content Creation: Produce high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms, including

marketing goals.

GRAPHIC DESIGNER FREELANCE
• Initiation of new clients, contracts, and additional documents for wholesale customers, promotions in
computer applications;
• Modification, upon request of clients/agents, of client data;
• Management of fuel wholesale orders for depot customers;
• Receives and verifies fuel orders for wholesale customers to ensure compliance with the respective
contracts;
• Checks orders for stock availability and acts accordingly;
• Initiates and monitors fuel orders from depots through the SAP application/manual;
• Informs clients (verbally and in writing) about changes to delivery parameters for submitted orders
(rescheduling, out of stock, etc.);
• Provides information upon customer or sales agent request regarding order processing ( delivery
scheduling, delivery timing, etc.);
• Ensures order management for Rompetrol GAS customers within Rompetrol
Downstream;
• Receives and verifies orders from Rompetrol Gas customers for the 3 sales channels: ATG Retail,
Wholesale LPG, to ensure compliance with the contract;
• Initiates and tracks the order until delivery;
• Maintains prices, promotions, and discounts in line with information provided by the pricing department;
• Ensures order management for Calor wholesale customers for depot customers;
• Compiles monthly summaries (promotions, notifications, out of stock situations) for wholesale customers
in Excel tables;
• Communicates daily/at the request of fuel purchases at depots/for customers;
• Periodically communicates reference prices to all customers (Rompetrol Downstream and Rompetrol Gas)
via email;
• Performs monthly closure, sets monthly, exceptional, quarterly, and loyalty volume rebates; • Receives
and verifies supplier invoices issued by partner stations for transactions recorded for Fill&Go customers.
Prepares and reports estimated situations regarding partner invoices and the quantities invoiced or to be
invoiced;
• Regularly communicates with stations and tracks the timely receipt of supplier invoices from these
stations;
• Participates, at the supervisor's request, in temporary projects or interdepartmental activities, depending
on their role and competencies, to contribute to the team's objectives.
• Promote and actively represent the company's products and services within a defined territory, as well
as from internal databases;
• Provide weekly forecasting and reporting to the Sales Manager, both directly and through the
company's CRM system for customer-related activities;
• Participate in conferences, exhibitions, trade fairs, product demonstrations, and seminars to generate
opportunities;
• Create and execute a sales action plan, identifying sales objectives and market opportunities;
Coordinate various service-related tasks;
• Engage in sales activities across all assigned areas, primarily focusing on internet/TV/landline
telephone services;
• Periodically inspect equipment to ensure optimal flow and proper functioning.
