Respected Sir,

I am writing to request a sick leave for three days, from 29 May,2023 to 1 June,2023. I have been
experiencing symptoms of typhoid since 28 May,2023, and I have visited the doctor who has advised me
to take rest for a few days. I have attached a medical certificate for your reference.

I understand that this is a crucial time for the university, and I apologize for any inconvenience my
absence may cause. I will be available by phone and email if needed. I will also make up for any missed
work when I return.
