REFLECTION OF BODY LANGUAGE

Subsequent communication is a complex process, not simply speech but also includes

non-verbal signals such as basic language. Basic language can play an important role in

conveying messages, expressing emotions, and building relationships. Realizing the importance

of mechanical language, I took the time to reflect on my own strengths and weaknesses in this

aspect, thereby building an improvement plan for every upcoming period. and for the long

future.

My benefit of using language base. This can be said to be a quite difficult step, because

there are many frames of reference for others or yourself to say that you can use basic language

in the best way. For me, my strength in using this basic language is listening and paying attention

to the listeners below. I think I have pretty good eye contact and any part has helped my

confidence. However, that's the only strength I think I have. Talking about weaknesses, I

consider myself not a person with flexible gestures. I feel like a robot. There aren't many

activities that just create a lot of flexibility. Also, if in a poor situation, I often lose my autopilot.

This will happen for all the rest of the presentation, because I can't get it back automatically.

Getting basic language skills improvement is an enforcement device. I decided to practice it

dangerously before the exam. One of the ways I often do it and find it most effective is to

automatically communicate with myself through a glass mirror. I found it very effective because

I was able to visualize how my performance would look, and whether I needed to adjust anything

or not. In addition, I also actively watch videos on YouTube to learn something from them. The

YouTube channel I watch most often is TEDTalk. I will continue to learn basic language skills

even after the end of this exam. For me, this is an important, indispensable part of my future

work.

Basic language can be an important soft skill that everyone needs to practice to

communicate more effectively. Being aware of your own strengths and weaknesses at this edge

is the first step to improvement. By applying a specific plan and practicing, I believe it is

possible to improve basic language skills, thereby creating a good impression on others and

attracting success in study and work. and life.
