When once dissertation copies are ready for submission

Submit 4 copies of the dissertations to the respective Regional Offices with a copy of the letter marked to the office of
the Registrar (Evaluation).
Ensure that the Panel of Examiners, in the suggested format, has been already submitted as also the Internal
Assessment Marks (out of 50) and
After the Conduct of Viva-Voce, dispatch the marks lists directly to the Registrar (Evaluation)
