in the 21st century, Gen z is known as the name of young generations who have borned from 1997 to

2012. They are not only creative but also enthusiastic, they really want to discover and exprience new
things in their life. However, Many young people including gen z who are living in the 21st century when
having a dramatic development in technology, there are some opinions that many young people change
their jobs or careers every few years. I am going to show my view about this claiming.

In fact, the main reason which make not only young people but also older people change their jobs or
careers is their jobs not being suitable with themselves. In fact, Older people are not usual to change
their jobs. Although they can feel it unsuitable with them, because they are older and they do not have
many opportunities for changing jobs so that they do not choose their jobs. However, Young people who
have lots of opportunities in their jobs and careers, they often find out new things to experience and
discover so that If they feel their jobs in now unsuitable with them, they will change it. In my opinion,
This is not negative, It still has some advantages. They can have more experience and learn more new
things with diversity workplace. It help young people improving their skills in work. Perhaps, Changing
jobs or careers is a interesting experience, Myself is a person who belong to young people specially genz
so I believe that we ought to do that, If we feel our job no longer suitable.

On the other hands, Still having some disadvantages such as If young people change their job so much,
Their background in work will be underestimated and many companies where They require a person
working for a long time. However, young people have a lot of opportunities in work so that disadvantage
is not a negative issue with them.

To sum up, Changing job or career per few years with young people is not negative, The reason for that is
themselves feel no longer appropriate with that job or they cannot find out new things which they want
to do. And changing job still has some benefits such they can find out new opportunities which help
them improving themselve.
