1. What is the definition of defects “Critical”?
Answer: A critical defects is one that poses a strong possibility of resulting in hazardous conditions for
customer using the product which is not allowed.

2. What is the definition of defects “Major”?


Answer: A defect that justify the customer to return the goods or complain about appearance of product.

3. What is the definition of defects “Minor”?


Answer: A minor defect is one that has a low risk of reducing the fitness and does not affect the
appearance. Minor defect probably not noticed by the customer.

4. What do you mean by “AQL”?


Answer: AQL means Acceptable Quality Level. AQL is the Quality level which for the purpose of
sampling inspection is the limit of satisfactory process average.

5. How many type of Assortment?


Answer: There are 4 types of Assortments. (I). Solid Size Solid Colour, (II). Solid Size Assort Colour,
(III). Assort Size Assort Colour, (IV). Assort Size Solid Colour.

6. After getting the PP sample Approval, What is the Overall Quality Working Procedure?
Answer: After getting the pre-production sample comments, we will check size set sample for

there is found any measurements discrepancy will write comments to adjust the pattern & give test cutting
permission.
