sallanır.
El ayası ile sıkıştırma: Büyük kas gruplarına çift taraflı baskı
yapılır.
Ayırma, broadening: kas fibrillerini birbirinden ayırmak için
kullanılır.
Kas pompalama:
Direk başparmak basısı: 10 sn. süreyle yapılır.
Pozisyonel gevşetme: Akut spazm ve ağrı olan bölgeye
başparmakla 90 sn. baskı yapılır.
Deri yürütme: Germe egzersizleri

Masajda kullanılan ara maddeler
Ara madde; masajda kullanılan, ellerle deri arasındaki maddelerdir.
Yağlar, pudra ve alkol karışımları ve hamam kültüründe sabun
kullanılır.
Fiziksel etki:
Mekanik olarak sıkıştırılan sıvazlanan kas dokusuyla beraber
damar ve sinir sistemi de belli bir baskı altında kalır.
Fizyolojik etkiler
Dolaşım sistemi: Lenfatik, kopiller ve venöz dolaşımı
hızlandırır.
Sinir sistemi: Masaj yapılan bölgedeki sinirler yolu ile
Segmantal olarak uyarılan iç organlar v.d olumlu olarak
etkilenebilir.
Solunum sistemi: Solunum sayısı azalır.
Üriner sistem: mesanenin sıvı hacmini artırır.
Psikolojik etki
İçgüdüsel bir istek olan dokunma ve dokunulma insanlarda
kendine güven ve rahatlama duyguları yaratır.

1-Yenileyici masaj
a-Toparlanma masajı: aktivite sonrası sporcunun
toparlanmasına yardımcı olur.
b-Tedavi edici masaj: hafif ve orta dereceli
sakatlanmalarda iyileşmeye yardımcı olur.
