IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Dear Parents,

Greetings from Chrysalis High, Marq!

As we draw close to concluding the academic year, we are gearing up to usher in the new academic
year with grit and gaiety.

In preparation of the new Academic Year, please find below some key information.

Continuation / Discontinuation of your child/children for Academic Year 2024-25

 All parents who wish to continue their child/children with Chrysalis High, need to fill the
Continuation Form & send it through their ward, along with the fee cheques (Phase I dated 1st
April, 2024, Phase II dated 1st August, 2024 & Phase III dated 1st December, 2024) on or before
Saturday, 9th March, 2024.

 You may send the PDCs (Post- Dated Fee cheques and forms) through your child or by visiting
school in person.

 An envelope has been sent along with the hard copy forms. Please place the fee cheques and
forms inside and seal the envelope and mention your child’s / children’s name, grade, section.
The envelope containing all the filled-in forms and the PDCs (Post Dated Fee Cheques) must be
handed over to the Class Teacher of your child before Saturday, 9th March, 2024 (if sent
through your child). Forms without PDCs will not be collected.

 We understand that few parents might wish to discontinue their child/children’s education with
Chrysalis High due to relocation / transfer / other reasons. In such cases, please send a mail to
support.marq@chrysalishigh.com on or before Monday, 4th March, 2024. Please mark the
subject field as: Discontinuation of <<child’s full name & grade >> in 2024-25. The School
Support team will generate theTransfer Certificate (TC) & keep it ready, which may be collected
on or after Saturday, 13th April, 2024, with prior intimation of two working days.

 If we do not receive the Continuation Form and PDCs (Post-Dated Cheques for Fee) as per the
scheduled date, we would deem that you do not wish your child/children to continue with
Chrysalis High, Marq the Academic Year 2024-25 and, subsequently we will initiate the process of
de-enrolment and accommodatethe child next, in the wait list.

 Continuation requests from parents beyond the scheduled date would be accepted only if there
is a seat available for that Grade. In that case, Admission Fee would be applicable. Parents
would also be requiredto fill in a new Admission Form.

Fee - Related Details

Kindly note the following points:

 A hard copy of this circular along with all the relevant forms are being sent through your ward.
Please go through the circular and all the forms carefully and fill them in, duly.
 Your ward’s fee details are sent through the individualized Fee Form. Please refer to the
amount before filling in the fee cheques. Please note that the concession applicable (if any) to
your child has been applied in the amount featuring in your child’s Fee Form.
 Please send back the duly filled-in forms along with the three PDCs (Post Dated Cheques) for
Phase I,Phase II and Phase III fee of the academic year 2024-25 through your child in the
envelope attached. Alternatively, you may visit school in person to submit the fee cheques and
forms at the School Accounts Office between 9.00am and 3.00pm. The post-dated fee cheques
and forms have to be submitted on or before Saturday, 9th March, 2024.
 Please note that Phase I fee shall not be accepted without the PDCs of Phase II & III of 2024-25.
 The fee cheques (PDCs) must be drawn in favour of: Chrysalis High, Marq.
 If you wish to pay by credit/debit card or make online payment; PDCs still need to be sent by
the aforementioned dates. The Phase I fees if paid by Debit / Credit card must be paid by
Monday 25th March, 2024.
 For Phase II & III, the fee must be paid seven working days prior to the due date; post which the
PDCs submitted by you can be collected back from School Accounts Office.

 Please note that if we do not receive the fees (paid online or by swiping Debit/Credit Card) 7
days before the due date along with the screenshot of payment mailed to
support.marq@chrysalishigh.com, the cheques submitted by you shall be presented at the
bank on the due date.

 You may make a One Time Payment of the entire year fee and avail a 5% concession on the
entire year’s fee. The payment may be made through Debit / Credit card by Monday 25th
March, 2024 or by cheque dated 1st April, 2024. The cheque should be submitted by Saturday,
9th March, 2024.

 The cheque should be drawn in favor of Chrysalis High, Marq.

 We understand that few parents might be expecting a transfer/relocation. Taking the same into
consideration, the school has decided to refund 100% of the fee (the PDCs submitted to school),
if any parent wishes to cancel the admission of their child / children on or before Thursday 4th
April, 2024.

Details of Forms to be sent to school/ submitted at School Accounts Office:


a) Sibling Fee Discount Form*
b) Health Form
c) Continuation Form
d) Fee Form
e) Transport Availing/ Non-Availing Form
f) CHAMPS Form

*Sibling discount is 5% on school fee of all three phases, for all siblings. The sibling discount is
already incorporated in the fee details. If one of the siblings is discontinuing, please write an
email to School Support Team on or before Monday, 4th March, 2024, to understand the fee
details.

Details of the CHAMPS Form:

 CHAMPS Form (for children moving to Grades II to X)


Fresh CHAMPS Form needs to be filled by all parents whose children are moving to Grades II to
X in the academic year 2024-25. Please be careful while filling the form. Activity once selected
will not be changed during the entire course of the Academic Year.

Uniform Trials & Purchase

Please note the following with respect to uniform trials & purchase for 2024-25:

 Uniforms and shoes may be purchased from the school stores between 21st May, 2024 to 31st
May, 2024.
 The date of uniform purchase for your child shall be the same day when you shall be asked to
visit the school for your child’s PUPA Meet with the teachers.

 The date shall be notified to you through an email from the School Support ID / through a
calendarinvite vide School ERP CoolG, in the second week of April, 2024. Please save the date
as PUPA Meet shall not be rescheduled.

 All the items of uniform and shoes shall be available for trial in the school. Please try out the
uniform to check the size.

 Please collect the Uniform Order Slip of your child’s grade. This Order Slip is pre-filled with the
specificuniform items, requisite for your child’s grade.

 You need to enter the number and size against each item and make the payment at the School
Accounts Office. Post payment, please collect the uniforms and shoe from the school shop by
producing the paid invoice.

 The following modes of payment may be availed to purchase the uniform and shoe:

 By Current- dated Cheque


 By Cash
 By Google Pay
 By Debit/ Credit card

 All the children will have to attend school in proper uniform from Day 1 of the school.

Transport Details – Form & Fee Submission

 If you wish to avail Transport for your child/children for the academic year 2024-25 you shall
have to submit the duly filled-in Transport Availing Form on the same day of your visit to school
for submission of the PDCs,or send the Form and cheque through your child along with the fee
PDCs (Post Dated Cheques) on or before 9th March, 2024.

 Please follow the process mentioned below:

 Fill in the Transport Availing Form with all relevant details.


 Please refer to the Transport fee for the academic year 2024-25 applicable for your child
respective to the kilometer slab. The same is sent to you along with the forms.
 Transport fee needs to be paid vide Phase-wise cheques. For Phase I, the cheque
needs to be dated 1stApril, 2024. Phase II & III cheques need to be submitted dated
1st August, 2024 & 1st December, 2024 respectively.
 Post Dated Cheques (PDCs) for Transport Fee should be drawn in favour of : Chrysalis
High, Marq.
 You need to meet the transport In-charge in school, only if you are shifting residence or
need a change in route from the existing one.

 In case you wish to discontinue transport during the course of the year, the fee paid shall not
be refunded.

 Detailed information on Transport (route/ pick & drop point / pick & drop time), for 2024-25
will be available for viewing on the school ERP (CoolG) between 15th May, 2024 and 20th May,
2024.
 Transport will be provided only if applied for both ways.

 If you do not wish to avail transport for your child/children, you need to fill in the Transport
Non-Availing Form and submit with the other Forms at the School Accounts Office/send to
school through your child in the envelope provided.

 If you submit the Transport Non-Availing Form now and request for Transport later, the
same shall be provided ONLY if seats in the buses are available.

Distribution of Books & Stationery for Term I

 Books and Stationery shall be distributed to your child on Day 1 of the new academic year.
 However, few note books & stationery may be retained in school for regular use.

In the event of you planning to discontinue your child’s study in the school, please send the blank forms
and envelope back through your child.
