JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB TITTLE: Manager - General Management


GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

Support the leadership team in defining the corporate strategy for the company and managing the key projects of
high strategic importance in different functions

JOB FUNCTIONS
Assist the leadership team on key strategic projects such as M&A, new business opportunities, long term

projections, new business case etc.
2.- Help in formulation and execution of corporate strategy for Asia region.

3.-
Support leadership team with reports and analysis on customer satisfaction, cinema level monthly dashboards ,
Mystery Shopper Audits, and Competitor Benchmarking.
4.- Organize and administer Strategy Review Meetings for the territories under MD - Cinepolis Asia.

5.- Support management in setting and reviewing the corporate goals of each function and territory.

6.-
Propose and conduct trials that have the potential to improve company profitability, key processes, and
customer experience.
