The graph illustrates changes in water levels of


reservoirs in most of cities in Australia from 2009
to 2010.

Overall,in 2010,the percentage of changes in water


levels of reservoirs had increased in six cities in
Australia while it that had decreased in 2009.
the majority of the cities witnessed an increase in
their water reservoir levels except Sydney in these
two years.
the reservoir water levels in these cities all
increased except Sydney.

In addition, Brisbane,Melbourne and Perth
reported higher water levels than other cities in
Australia.
In addition, Darwin was faced with the biggest
water level challenge among these cities over the
same time frame.

To be more specific,the proportion of changes in


water levels of reservoirs in Brisbane was highest
at about 93% and the second-highest was
Melbourne at 76% in 2009.In next year, the
Brisbane proportion of changes in water levels of
reservoirs had slowly risen to 96% however the
Melbourne proportion of changes in water levels
of reservoirs had quickly increased to 7%.The Perth
proportion of changes in water levels of reservoirs
remained relatively stable from 2009 to 2010.

Among the cities with lower water levels,in 2009,


Sydney recorded a higher figure than Darwin at
43% and 26% respectively but the Sydney had
decreased by 7% and the Darwin increased by
about 5% in next year. The Gold Coast water levels
of reservoirs had slowly increased by about 10%
from 2009 to 2010.
