The Principal,
Swarnim International School
We proudly invite you to become a Nodal Center for the National STEM Talent Examination (NSTE) 2024.
The National STEM Talent Exam is a platform for students & schools to find their STEM quotient and areas
of improvement, recognise and reward the best performers, and provide exposure and motivation for STEM
careers.
Why?
In our swiftly changing world, 21st-century learners must lead in Science, Technology, Engineering, and
Mathematics (STEM). These fields necessitate honing logical and critical thinking skills while staying
updated on the latest developments. With STEM careers projected to dominate the job market, students
must assess their positions, recognize strengths and weaknesses, and receive vital encouragement. Early
cultivation of adaptive skills equips them for success in the dynamic landscape of STEM professions.
How it works ?
The National STEM Talent Exam (NSTE) operates on the principle of establishing a platform where every
learner receives acknowledgment, rewards, and encouragement to cultivate their interest and skills in
STEM fields. By designing a meticulously crafted exam paper covering both school syllabus and advanced
topics, NSTE identifies individual students' talents, strengths, and areas for improvement. Additionally, as
a platform, NSTE not only acknowledges students for their performance but also motivates and
incentivizes them to pursue STEM fields, laying the groundwork for potential careers in these domains.
