In the past,people basically worked in a specific location,such as office building,factory and

shopping mall.Furthermore,in the digital age,internet is gradually changing our work


pattern,people mostly start to work in the home with less pressure from the external
environment,but social phobia is becoming extremely prevalent among the people.

Working in the home can reduce the pressure from the outside environment.It means we can
dominate own time freely without any supervision.For instance, sleeping until we wake up
naturally will become a very common thing.Therefore,it ensures that we have enough time to
sleep to maintain our health,and we get enough energy to put ourselves into the work
efficiently in the next day.Another important thing is that we don’t have to face some
inevitable ,even embarrassing socialization.we are able to focus on what things we like to do.
In addition,there is less financial pressure that needs us to afford,because if working in the
home,it means there is less time to go outside ,so we don’t have to concern about the
transportation costs.
Nevertheless,less traveling to places of work are facing a series of challenges.
sometimes,working in the home is very easy to be disturbed by family members,you can’t
concentrate on your work.like the baby’s crying is so noisy,and it make you feel too annoyed
to pay attention.Another thing is that staying in the home for a long time will affect your health
seriously.you always need to work online and stare the screen all the time,that will be simple
to cause your eyes feel exhausted.Moreover,lacking of outdoor activities consistently means
you have less chance to breathe fresh air,so it is very hard to promote metabolism and blood
circulation.As result, your immunity is gradually decreasing that can lead to fall ill frequently.

In conclusion,Although working from home indeed reduce much more stress to make our lives
easier ,it produces some negative effects on our health.we need to find a way to balance our
work and healthy.While working from home ,it is also important to have more activities for
breathing air fresh.
