Scope: Establish Mezzago LFPS Automation Engineering in GTEC. Execute order engineering projects on
LPC/LPS, LHS/LHH Automax B & S Series actuator series. Review data sheet, Technical specification, KOM
schematic and pneumatic drawings, Completed the High Value order project with various complexity level with
short lead time on complete engineering package it includes designing the control panel, Bare actuator, spool
assembly and accessories assembly and updating the Summary table and submit the final dimensional drawings
and volume task assemblies if required and move to production without much engineering changes.

 McCanna Sealtite:

Scope: Durco self-lubricated Plug valve castings (Body, Plug and Top Cap components) – are re-designed to

validate the current design standards like ISO 8062, ASME B16.34, 16.5, 16.10, Boiler Pressure vessel code

requirements and to suit for new foundry technologies

 Monsanto Bar stock valve design:

 Scope: New Bar Stock design (replacing the Casting, Forging, Fabricating design) for Top entry, Side entry ball
valve – Body, End Connector or Pipe ends and Bonnet to reduce the manufacturing lead time for the specific
requirements of order quantity with short duration of timeline with all the design feature.

 Manufacturing Problem Action Report (MPAR)

Scope: Supported Business units on varies MPAR’s on Ball / Plug Valve Body, Top Cap, ball, stem, seat redesign
and Locking rib designs to fix the Manufacturing problem based on the request raised on Design.
