WEEK WEEK 11 - BADMINTON
- RACKET

DATE 15 05 2024

SUBJECT PHYSICAL EDUCATION

TOPIC BADMINTON

LEARNING OUTCOMES:
By the end of the lesson students are able to:
1. Learn the basic rules and techniques of badminton, including grip, stance, serve, and basic
shots (clear, drop, and smash).

ACTIVITIES:
Divide students into small groups and set up mini-courts if space allows. Have them play short
games to practice serving and basic shots in a game setting. Rotate partners to give students a
chance to play against different opponents.

REFLECTION/REMARKS:

Badminton is a strategic play. It needs plans on where to shoot, how to serve, what kind of smash,
when to return, everything is a pre-planned process, an understanding between you, your brain and
senses. Thus, it wakes up your snoozed brain and forces it to work. This will obviously make you a
smart, tricky lad.
