Owner and Signatory of Account <ACCOUNT NOS> with <BANK NAME> , <BANK
ADDRESS> , do hereby irrevocably guarantee with full personal and corporate responsibility and
liability, under penalty of perjury to the following payment guarantee parameters contractually
agreed upon.
I further guarantee, that, as soon as the amount of € 450.000.000’00 ( Euro four-hundred-fifty-
million), or tranches thereof, is credited into my account with <COMPANY NAME> as herein
above stated, said funds in my account will be free of any claims and clear of non-criminal origin.
In addition, l, <NAME>, the above account signatory will instruct my bank and my bank will
guarantee to immediately execute the wire transfers indicated to me by the Sender with the banking
coordinates provided to me and I will provide the respective transfer slips of the swift MT 103 cash
transfer, same day credit, to the beneficiary of the present Letter of Guarantee.
I, <NAME>, commit and guarantee that from my herein mentioned account, I shall provide this
payment guarantee letter stamped and will be guaranteed by my bank, and accompanied with
contact details of bank officer who will be responsible for the completion of the transaction.
In addition, the undersigned bank officers who affixed their signature here below, guarantee that
after receiving the agreed funds in my herein mentioned account, I shall forward you screen copy of
the transaction, and proceed immediately with the payments due to you as per contract herein above
mentioned.
I further, irrevocably commit and guarantee that the following payment instructions will be
honoured by my herein mentioned transacting Bank, who shall endorse the present Letter of
Guarantee.
I finally commit and guarantee to promptly accept and honour all your eventually requested
modifications concerning the herein further indicated payment receiving Banks.
