RESULT OF BATTLE:
Battle of Chausa
It was fought on 26 June 1539 at Chausa, 10 miles
southwest of Buxar in modern-day Bihar. Humayun
escaped from the battlefield to save his life.

between the Mughal Empire and Khilji
the Bengal Sultanate on 3 March
1575 near the village of Tukaroi in
present-day Balasore District of
Odisha.
Siege of Golconda
January 1687 - 22 September 1687

The Siege of Golconda occurred in January


1687, when Mughal Emperor Aurangzeb led his
AURANGZEB Abul Hasan
forces to besiege the Qutb Shahi dynasty at
Qutb Shah.
Golconda Fort (also known as the Diamond
Capitol of its time) and was home to the
Kollur Mine.
Iltutmish invaded Bengal, and defeated
the enemy in 1230. He then appointed
Malik Alauddin Jani as the governor of
Bengal. Meanwhile, Mangal Deva, the
Parihara chief of Gwalior in central
India, had declared independence. In 1231,
Iltutmish besieged the city, and
captured it after 11 months of conflict,
on 12 December 1232.
