Dear Sir,

I had been on leave for 33 days from 6.12.22. Earlier I had undergone a caesarian operation for
delivering my first baby for which I was on maternity leave. I had been suffering from severe backpain
and was needing rest for recuperation. Since I was given leave only upto mid November, I was under
compulsion to join for duty. Besides this my baby was underweight baby and needed special care which
I couldn't give on joining duty. All these pressure created stress and I felt depressed. The back pain was
aggravating and I was treated by a doctor for curing this. I have produced MC for the leave
recommended and fitness certificate for resuming duty. My absence was due to medical reason and
hence I have applied for leave on sick grounds.
