A letter of request to conduct the study will be prepared.

This letter of intent secures permission from

the office of the school principal to inform about the proposed study. The letter includes the objective
and significance of the study.Academic.The researcher also obtained permission from the guidance
counselor and the two adviser of the grade 11 section in NLAC in gathering the data needed to complete
the research. The researchers will then conduct a survey to its respondents, the Grade 11 students of
Northern Luzon Adventist College. The sruvey questionnaire was validated by experts to make sure that
the respondents will easily understand it. After validation, the sruvey questionnaire were revised and
finalized before administering it to the respondents. Survey questionnaires are personally handed and
administered by the researchers. Therefore they were able to guide the respondenrs throught the
process and were able to answer any inquiries the respondents ask of withr regards to the survey
questionnaire. After the respondents answer the questionnaires, the researchers will collect and tally
the data for interpretation. The researchers will ask for a statistician's expertise in determining the
appropriate statistical tools to be used and in the interpretation of the data gathered.
