Assessment Template for Unit 1: Communicating Effectively

You are required to compile a report based on the delivery of eight hours of lessons with
customers in a driver training situation in-car. In the report use examples to clearly show that you
have:

1. Evaluated the use of different communication techniques for different learning styles
2. Assessed the effectiveness of different communication techniques to establish rapport
with customers
3. Analysed how different questioning techniques produce different outcomes
4. Justified that beliefs and motivation can be challenged and affected through questioning
techniques.
