Terms and Conditions

1) V.A.T
Clients who wish to claim exemption from VAT may be required to proffer documentary and/or other evidence in
support of their claim.
2) Delivery Date, Time and Deliverables
(a) These are subject to the exigencies of scheduling. They can therefore only be determined immediately
prior to entering into a legally binding agreement.
(b) It is therefore, incumbent upon the Client to have these clearly determined and mutually agreed upon,
prior to entering a binding agreement.
3) Terms of Payment
(a) 100% net 30 days

4) Advertising, Publication and Scope of work

(a) The name of the Institute shall not be used in advertising without prior Institute agreement.
Publication of results shall include the responsibility for and method of sampling employed.
(b) This invoice/quotation does not include any activity outside of what is disclosed in the invoice/quotation.

5) Validity
(a) The price quoted is valid for a period of 30 days from the quotation date.
