Re: Verification and Valid Assessment

Dear Sirs,
I received your offer. I accept your offer for value, but I did not find your check
herewith! The negligence on your part to not include a check is a most serious error on your part.
Your fiduciary responsibility or duty as holders of the account is balancing the account upon
receiving my full acceptance, or my authorization.
That being said, it is not now, nor has it ever been my intention to avoid paying any
obligation that I may lawfully owe. In order that I can arrange to pay the obligation I may owe,
please document and verify the obligation.
Kindly respond with: (1) the instrument that created the debt, (2) identification of the
party making the presentment, (3) his/her delegated authority to make the presentment, (4) all
previous payments shown on the face of the instrument along with the balance to be paid, and (5)
provide proof that the fiduciary holder of my account did not commit a defalcation by
dishonoring the bill, attached hereto, negotiated back to the DRAWER/OFFEROR for the
adjustment and set-off, or settlement of the Account, and (6) proper verification/validation via
remittance of a “Certified/Valid” copy of your assessment signed under penalty of perjury.
Upon receipt of certified copies of six (6) items requested, within the next 72 hours, I
accept your offer and will take care of any obligations which are legally or lawfully mine.
Sincerely,

Joshua-Colby: Council
