PAYMENT TERMS
-Online Bidders who win will immediately pay 20% of the high bid price via credit card. You will be
contacted via the phone number you supplied. Failure to respond within 10 minutes will result in bidder
losing the auction. The remainder of the funds should be drawn from a US bank in the form of certified
funds or wire transfer the first business day following the sale, Monday, June 27, 2015. Bids placed on
the online webcast will be charged a 4% convenience fee on top of the 8% buyer?s premium. Taxes will
be applicable.
-Live onsite bidders will be required to pay in full their high (winning) bid amount the day of the sale;
including 8% buyer?s premium and applicable sales taxes. An additional 4% fee will be for credit card
convenience payments.
-Payment options will be credit cards (MasterCard/Visa/Discover/AmEx), cash, certified funds, business
and personal checks. Payments made with credit cards and business and personal checks will have titles
held until funds clear.
-Titles will be filled out in accordance with your registration information.
-Tax exempt bidders should bring a completed tax exempt certificate. We reserve the right to refuse
forms that are incomplete or illegible.
Payment DUE with FIVE (5) business days, ANY MERCHANDISE LEFT ON PREMISES AFTER
TEN (10) BUSINESS DAYS WILL REVERT BACK TO THE POSSESSION OF THE SELLER, WITH
NO REFUND ISSUED. Click here for wire transfer instructions.Buyers outside of New York State need
to send us a completed NY State DTF Form before we can remove sales tax from their invoices.Note:
The NYS DTF form only applies to titled / registerable vehicles/vessels. It is NOT applicable to items
that cannot be registered and ONLY for New York State based auctions.
Buyer's Premium: A 12% buyer?s premium will be added to invoices paid by credit card (VISA, MC,
Disc.) A 8% buyer?s premium will be added to invoices paid by cash or certified funds.
