 How do new technologies of communication affect your interaction?

How is it different from face-to-face interaction?
 My opinion is that it is easier to communicate with people who are far
away from you if you use technology. It’s not like before because you still
make a letter before you talk and it takes a long time to arrive. Unlike
today, you just have a chat on messenger, it's easy. Nowadays we use
cellphones so that we can make video calls with the ones we love
especially when someone is far away and when our parents are ofw we
can video call them, skype so that we can talk to them easily using the
new technology.

 State one principle of communication then give a scenario in which it is

observed.
 As student, I experienced some of those communication barriers. The
first is filtering, which I experience with my friends who filter our
conversation. The second feelings, which I get when they express
emotion in our conversations. The third is knowledge overload, which
gives you the impression that you want leave the conversation but the
people you’re talking to are asking you a lot more about somesguff.
The last is the language barrier, which causes me to have friends who
say things that I don’t understand because a foreign language.
 Look for ethical violations in media (print, broadcast or online). Discuss
what violations were committed and what were the actions taken in
relation to the violations.
 In relation to news coverage it includes issues such as impartiality,
objectivity, balance, bias, privacy, and the public interest. More generally,
it also includes stereotyping, taste and decency, obscenity, freedom of

speech, advertising practices such as product placement, and legal

issues such as defamation.
