Robot/Invention
INTRODUCTION
Welcome to a compilation of projects exploring the
dynamic interplay between science, technology,
and society. These initiatives showcase innovative
research, technological advancements, and
societal implications. Join us as we journey through
the intricate connections shaping our world.
POOL OF
TECHNOLOGIES
Fictional Technology Name: Producing more eggs and
other marine species using GMO

Type of Technology: GMO or Stem-cell Technology

How it works: By using this technology, it produces more

eggs and other marine species. Scientists can modify the
DNA of these organisms to make them grow larger, and
faster. Researchers can introduce genes into fish that
make them grow faster or resist disease. These
modifications can lead to increased productivity and
yields for aquaculture farms, which can help meet the
growing demand for seafood while reducing the pressure
on wild fish stocks.

MARICON ABORDO
Fictional Technology Name: HealTech

Type of Technology: Developing a Premium Virtual Consulting

Mobile App

How it works: HealTech applies telecommunication technology,

which is on the cutting edge, and artificial intelligence (AI) to
enable you to run remote medical consultations and
diagnostics. Through their mobile phones or computers, patients
can link to HealTech and socialize with healthcare professionals,
receive personalized health assessments, and during remote
examinations, they may use a suitable special medical device
interfaced with the platform. AI component analyzes patient
data and offers recommendations, thus creating a smooth flow
of communication between patients and healthcare providers.

Fictional Technology Name: NutriSynth

Type of Technology: Genetically Modified Organism (GMO)

How it works: NutriSynth is a genetically modified crop

engineered to grow in diverse environments with minimal
resources. It is designed to synthesize essential nutrients
that are often lacking in diets affected by poverty, such as
vitamins, minerals, and proteins. Through advanced
genetic engineering, NutriSynth ensures high yields even in
adverse conditions, providing a sustainable solution to
malnutrition.

Fictional Technology Name: NutriBot

Type of Technology: Nanotechnology

How it works: An item of technology called NutriBot uses

nanotechnology to effectively transform organic waste—
such as food scraps and agricultural byproducts—into
extremely nutrient-dense dietary supplements. NutriBot
breaks down organic matter at the molecular level and
converts it into readily digested minerals, vitamins, and
proteins using sophisticated molecular processes.

RAVEN LAGUERTA
Fictional Technology Name: Cell-U-Goods

Type of Technology: Stem-Cell Technology

How it works: Cell-U-Goods is an innovative stem-cell-based food

production system designed to address the challenges of food
scarcity and malnutrition in regions like Tarangnan. This
technology involves the cultivation of edible tissues and organs
from stem cells in a laboratory setting, bypassing the need for
traditional agriculture or animal farming. Stem cells, sourced from
a variety of organisms, are cultured and programmed to
differentiate into specific types of tissues, such as muscle, fat, or
plant-based products. These lab-grown tissues are then harvested
and processed into a wide range of nutritious and sustainable food
products, including meat substitutes, dairy alternatives, and
nutrient-rich fruits and vegetables.

Type of Technology: Smart Air-Conditioned
Robot with Wi-Fi Connectivity

How it works: The robot uses modern

sensors to continuously measure the
humidity and temperature of its
surroundings. It automatically modifies its
internal air conditioning system to
maintain a suitable temperature based on
this data. It also establishes connections
with open Wi-Fi networks to give users
nearby quick access to the internet.
FLOWCHART
PROGRAM
PROCESS FLOWCHART OF A SMART
AIR-CONDITIONING ROBOT
WITH WI-FI CONNECTIVITY
Detailed flowchart illustrates Smart air conditioning robot
functionality.
Begins with boot-up sequence and Wi-Fi connection.
Users control the robot via a dedicated mobile app.
Robot responds to commands by adjusting temperature settings.
Strives to reach the desired comfort level.
If preferences are not immediately met, robot gathers
environmental data.
Informed adjustments are made based on data.
Process concludes when the optimal temperature is achieved.
Systematic approach prioritizes user satisfaction and
environmental adaptability.
CHARACTERISTICS OF
THE ROBOT/INVENTION
The robot uses modern sensors to
continuously measure the humidity and
temperature of its surroundings. It
automatically modifies its internal air
conditioning system to maintain a suitable
temperature based on this data. It also
establishes connections with open Wi-Fi
networks to give users nearby quick
access to the internet.
SERVICE TO
HUMANS AND
ETHICAL
CONSIDERATIONS
Service to Humans
The robot has antennas and a strong processor
to provide stable internet connectivity.
A combination of the help of a smartphone app,
customers may remotely operate it and change
the temperature or access the internet from any
location.
The robot is appropriate for use in homes,
businesses, and other indoor spaces because
of its small size, which makes it easy to
maneuver through interior spaces.
Energy-efficient parts are included to reduce
power usage and environmental effect.
Ethical Considerations

Resource allocation and environmental

sustainability are potential issues for the
smart air-conditioning robot with Wi-fi
connectivity.
The technology helps alleviate food insecurity
but could lead to more organic waste
consumption and disposal, worsening
environmental damage.
There may be issues with the fair distribution
of supplements made by the smart air-
conditioning robot with Wi-fi connectivity.
Affluent communities may have easier access
to these supplements, leaving marginalized
people unable to achieve their nutritional
demands.
MARKETING
OUR ROBOT
Blockchain enhances the security and reliability
of a smart air-conditioning robot with Wi-Fi.
It securely records usage and maintenance
data, making updates transparent and tamper-
proof.
It ensures secure communication with other
smart home devices, protecting against cyber
threats.
Blockchain allows decentralized control,
eliminating the need for a central authority.
Overall, it ensures a more secure and transparent
operation for the smart air-conditioning system.
