i, :iain-clifford: stamp am hereby providing you with notice that i am alive (not lost at sea) and
am the appointed occupant of the office of the Executor and the office of the Beneficiary of the
estate titled IAIN CLIFFORD STAMP.

A Last Will and Testament for IAIN CLIFFORD STAMP, ESTATE, was filed on Andrew
Walker Dba Andrew WALKER of North London Coroner’s Court on 23.11.2023.

The Last Will and Testament confirmed by acknowledgment the appointment of :iain-
clifford: stamp to the office of General Executor and Chief Administrator for the Trust and
all matters governing the Estate of IAIN CLIFFORD STAMP as per the intentions of the
Grantor and Testator’s last will and testament filed within the North London Coroner’s
Court and Recorder of Deeds.

A NOTICE of ACCEPTANCE TO GENERAL EXECUTOR’S OFFICE was served on 13th

day of May 2024 on:

There is no written administrative authority to administer IAIN CLIFFORD STAMP estate listed
herein.

As the Executor and Beneficiary of the IAIN CLIFFORD STAMP Estate associated with Order
34 Southwark Crown Court, i challenge all claims of authority, and move the administrative
authority, and hereby appoint:

• Judge Baumgarten to the office of Trustee of constructive trust, Order 34 Southwark

Crown Court,

• Alastair Mackenzie to the office of Trustee of constructive trust, Order 34 Southwark

Crown Court,

• Collapse the constructive trust, Order 34 Southwark Crown Court and hereby declare
there is no value in it.
• Cease and desist all fraudulent misrepresentations and other false presumptions.
• Require the Trustees to remove all affects and restrictions imposed on IAIN CLIFFORD
STAMP by the constructive trust Order 34 Southwark Crown Court.
The office of Executor requires the Trustees to update all records to reflect the unrebutted
facts provided herein as soon as possible to show good faith in this matter and an ethical
desire to verify information and make proper corrections upon presentment of my eyewitness
affidavit and notice of the information required to be updated.

A copy of this statement of truth and notice has been served on the two Trustees
aforementioned.

A copy of this statement of truth and notice has been saved at the office of the Executor.

**As Beneficiary, all Trustees are hereby given notice that they must keep accurate records
and do not have the Executor or Beneficiary’s consent to access the trust or to permit records
to remain in error.

Records must be corrected within three business days of receiving this statement of truth and
notice and a copy of this statement of truth and notice is to be placed on record as a sworn
statement in regards to this matter)**

acknowledgement of my acceptance of the trust/real property/Estate as well as lawful
control of the real property/Estate/Corporation/Trust, be it said, be it documented done

section 127(4) of the Postal Services Act 2000 (PSA 2000) and PSA 2000, Sch 8 Pt II, paras
2–3.
