For KRA 1 - Objective 1, I have attached my Classroom Observation Tool (COT) rating sheet
from an Observation 1 and 2 done through onsite/face-to-face/in-person classroom observation. I
applied high level knowledge of content and pedagogy within and across curriculum teaching areas to
empower learners to acquire and apply successful learning strategies to assist in the development of
learners. It is evident that I have met the objective, as shown by a rating of 8 under Indicator 1 –
Modeled effective applications of content knowledge within and across curriculum teaching areas.
This is equivalent to 5 points (Outstanding) in the RPMS Rating Scale.

Rating of 7 in COT – Very Satisfactory


For KRA 1 - Objective 1, I have attached my Classroom Observation Tool (COT) rating sheet
from an Observation 1 and 2 done through onsite/face-to-face/in-person classroom observation. When
delivering the lesson, I motivated learners to investigate the content area to expand their knowledge and
satisfy their natural curiosity. It is evident that I have met the objective, as shown by a rating of 7 under
Indicator 1 – Modeled effective applications of content knowledge within and across curriculum
teaching areas. This is equivalent to 4 points (Very Satisfactory) in the RPMS Rating Scale.

For KRA 1 - Objective 1, I have attached my Classroom Observation Tool (COT) rating sheet
from an Observation 1 and 2 done through onsite/face-to-face/in-person classroom observation. When
delivering the lesson, I address content accurately and its focus is congruent with the big ideas and/or
structure of the discipline. It is evident that I have met the objective, as shown by a rating of 6 under

I was able to meet the objective, a rating of 8 under Indicator 2 – Evaluated with colleagues the

For KRA 1 - Objective 2, I have attached reflection notes of teachers on the coaching and
mentoring sessions/meetings/LAC sessions/FGDs/other collegial discussions that highlights how I
synthesized discussions on the evaluation of effectiveness of teaching strategies that promote learner in
literacy and numeracy across 3 quarters. A rating of 7 under Indicator 2 – Evaluated with colleagues
the effectiveness of teaching strategies that promote learner achievement in literacy and numeracy
skill, which is equivalent to 4 points (Very Satisfactory) in the RPMS Rating Scale where given.

a well-directed questions and activities, I challenged learners to justify their thinking and successfully
engaged most of them during the teaching and learning process. It is evidenced by a rating of 7 under
Indicator 3 – Developed and applied effective teaching strategies to promote critical and creative
thinking, as well as other higher-order thinking skills which is equivalent to 4 points (Very
Satisfactory) in the RPMS Rating Scale.

For KRA 1 - Objective 3, I have attached my Classroom Observation Tool (COT) rating sheet
from an Observation 1 and 2 done through onsite/face-to-face/in-person classroom observation. I
employed range of teaching strategies to ensure that most learners are given opportunities to give their
opinions/ideas about the lesson and to react to the opinions of their classmates. A rating of 6 under
Indicator 3 – Developed and applied effective teaching strategies to promote critical and creative
thinking, as well as other higher-order thinking skills which is equivalent to 3 points (Satisfactory) in
the RPMS Rating Scale were given.

For KRA 1 - Objective 3, I have attached my Classroom Observation Tool (COT) rating sheet
from an Observation 1 and 2 done through onsite/face-to-face/in-person classroom observation. In
delivering the lesson, I personally ask questions and provided activities that mostly require learners to
interpret, explain or just describe ideas they have learned. A rating of 5 under Indicator 3 – Developed
and applied effective teaching strategies to promote critical and creative thinking, as well as other
higher-order thinking skills which is equivalent to 2 points (Unsatisfactory) in the RPMS Rating Scale
were given.

KRA 2: LEARNING ENVIRONMENT & DIVERSITY OF LEARNERS


OBJECTIVE 4: Worked with colleagues to model and shared effective techniques in the management
of classroom structure to engage learners, individually or in groups, in meaningful exploration,
discovery and hands-on activities within a range of physical environments (PPST 2.3.3)

During classroom observation, all learners were fully engaged in all activities utilizing the space and
time appropriate to their needs. As demonstrated by a score of 7 on Indicator 4, I certainly met the
