TOPIC: Coordination Meeting w/ NU and Guardians for Sports Camp’ Security Measures

AGENDA:

 Sir Felix Gemilo (0994-342-8675), representative from the Guardians joined the meeting
w/ NU Officers.
 Offers security in the morning around 10 A.M. and at night around 6 P.M. till lights off.
 Guardians will also assist the motorcade during the opening of the event.
 Reminder from the P.I.O. to submit the final list of players/campers.
 Officers can play during the exhibition games after all the games been played.
 Basketball concerns: Board needs to be fixed prior to the event.
Materials needed: Bolt, Plyboard
 Remind every camper to bring extra money for offerings
 Initial for Basketball Guidelines: 10 mins. per quarter
 Head Committees per game:
-Basketball: Caleb, Sabian, & Genesis
-Volleyball: Jun Aldrich Layague & Jundell Diaz
-Chess & Scrabble: Master Keyrr & Master Carlo
-Badminton: Ryan Villacarlos
-Sepak Takraw: c/o Sir Henry Layague
-Ping Pong: to be identified
-Larong Pinoy: FGCC Youth Leader
 Create signages for campsite
 Finalized the Letter request to Emergency Medical Services (EMS). Include in the letter
regarding the need of ambulance, medicine, & duty hours of EMS personnel: 8 A.M. – 5
P.M. Address it to the Municipal Mayor, Alfonso C. Pestolante, Thru: Jan Raymond E.
Frasco, LDRRMO III, Department Head- LDRRMO
 Follow-up the solicitation letters (Tomorrow, 6 P.M. @ Calcalan, San Remigio, Cebu)
 Deadline for Submission of final list of campers including the registration fee on June 24,
2024
 For Tarpaulin: Signages (This Way, Off Limits, Boys Quarter, Girls Quarter, Kitchen Area,
Session Hall, Garbage Area, First Aid Area, Registration Area, Parking Area, Comfort
