K. R. Mangalam World School, Gurugram is organizing a 2 Nights / 3 Days Educational Excursion for Classes VII & VIII to Rishikesh from
30 May - 1 June 2024 (Tentative dates). Rishikesh is not just a spiritual retreat but also a thriving center for education. With its serene
ambiance and rich cultural heritage, Rishikesh offers a unique environment conducive to learning and self-discovery. Here, education
transcends conventional boundaries, encompassing not only academic pursuits but also holistic development.

Program Schedule

DAY 1: PROCEED TO RISHIKESH DAY 2 : RAJAJI NATIONAL PARK DAY 3: DEPARTURE

Payment Guidelines:
The total cost of the program Ex Delhi is INR.15999/- The price includes (travel insurance, AC Deluxe bus, hotel, transfers, all attractions
and all meals each day.
Payment to be made to the School through a demand draft (DD) in favour of – “K R Mangalam World School”

 Program Cost Includes Cancellation & Change in Dates:

• The program cost is including 2x2 AC Coach
• Accommodation in a 4-star hotel on Triple/Quad sharing for
students and twin sharing for teachers.
• One free chaperone in place of every10 students
• Meals as per itinerary- All Breakfast, Lunches & Dinner
• All transfers by AC Deluxe vehicles wherever mentioned
• Unlimited Dry Snacks & Water
• YED Journey Mentor throughout the program per bus.
• All sightseeing and entry tickets as per the itinerary

Program Cost Excludes:
The following Cancellation Policy is applicable for all Young
Edsplorer's Domestic Travel Programs. Kindly read the same:
A Cancellation made 15 days prior to the departure date will be
eligible for 50% refund of the total trip cost.
A cancellation made 10 days prior to the departure date will be
eligible for a 30% refund of the total trip cost.
A Cancellation made within 10 days of the departure date will not
be eligible for any refund, except air ticket and railway ticket, as
per actuals.

• Any other personal expense & what is not mentioned as ‘Program scenario will be treated as per actual.
