Subject: Slab Based Special Incentive Scheme for 3W-Multibrand Business for Trimester-1 FY25

Thank you very much for your continuous support in promoting Greaves Spares. Continuing our efforts to improve our secondary
market presence, we are pleased to announce a Special Incentive Offer.
This special offer is against the achievement of Monthly & Trimester targets assigned to our distributors for the period and shall be in
addition to the % incentive of standard TOD policy as mentioned in the terms & conditions.

Period Slab Qualifying Conditions % Incentive

Monthly Slab A Achievement of 110% or More of 3WMB Monthly Target 3% Incentive on Gross billing value for the Month
PLUS
Slab 1 Achievement of 120% or More of 3WMB Trimester Target 3% Incentive on Gross billing value for the Trimester
Trimester
Slab 2 Achievement of 130% or More of 3WMB Trimester Target 4% Incentive on Gross billing value for the Trimester

The Trimester period (T1) is applicable from: 1st April 2024 to 31st July 2024

Terms & Conditions:

1. This special Incentive is being offered under a special scheme considering additional efforts required to promote secondary sales.
2. The sales target is same as mentioned in the target letter for FY24-25. This will be the basis of decision on performance for the
disbursement of the special Incentive.
3. Any pending orders existing at the end of the month / trimester are not liable for any incentives since the scheme is only on actual
billing value. No claims will be admissible, based on non-availability of parts or pending back orders of the parts.
4. The incentive would be calculated on gross billing value excl. taxes & net of credit notes for sales returns etc.
5. This scheme sets no precedence for any other schemes
6. The disbursement of this special Incentive shall be done only after there are no financial liabilities pending from the distributor
in any form.
7. The scheme is independent of all other schemes. The special Incentive will be disbursed separately in the form of credit note -
after completion of the respective period.
8. In case of any specific clarification for improved understanding you may feel free to contact our regional sales teams.
9. Greaves Retail reserves the right to withdraw / modify the policy without prior notification.
