This project is about developing escort fashion e-commerce website project for escort fashion.

In this
presentation, there have six presentation contents that are introduction, issues and proposed system,
aims and objetive, project plan, design and conclustion.

Introduction

Escort fashion is a local ready-made brand that is established in 2008. As you know, Escort
Fashion is very popular in myanmar that offer fashion wear for both men and women. Escort supply
products from its own factory and some manufacturers. Escort is owned by new best trading company
limited that is also local based company which established in 1999.

In Escort fashion, there are mainly four processes that are make product supply chain process,
sales and order record process, payment process and promotion process. For supply chain process,
manager of outlets can purchase products to refill in inventory. Mostly, the outlet purchase from some
manufacturers and these purchase information are mostly stored in microsoft excel.

In sales and order process, there have two process that are physical retail outlets sales and
onlne sales processes. In physical sales, prodcuts are displayed in the outlet and customers physically
purchase products. In online sales, there relies on social media platforms espicially on facebook for
display products and accept order. There are also have static website that cannot accept orders becasue
of lack of ecommerce feature like shopping cart. Mostly, customers order in social media chat box
espicially in facebook page chat box by sending payment screen shot, order size and more. Moreover,
page admins can accept order withing 9 am to 5 pm and cannot accept 24 hours.

In payment process, customers can pay digital wallet like KPay, Wave Pay, AYA pay for online
orders and there need to pre-paid for order. There need to send Escort payment wallet QR code to scan
for customer payment that need to send by page admin. Customer need to send payment screen shot in
Facebook chat box to confirm order.

In promotion process, Escort espicially announced promotion in Facebook page and sometimes
send targeted and personalized email campaigns about promotions for royal customers.

Issues

Currently, there have four issues in their current processes. Firstly, there have problems in
purchasing from outsourcing manufacturers that related with data record. In current process, there have
some redundancy when recording data in Excel for online sales.

In sales and order process, order cannot accept 24 hours due to time constraints of admins. .
Firstly, using social media chat box for online ordering can be inconvenient for business because this can
result in a lack of centralized order management and these can lead to difficulties to track orders when
peak times.Secondly, the manual process of order confirmation via email, phone call, etc can lead to
time-consuming and can delay. Thirdly, storing the customer information for order by using multiple
formats can lead to data redundancy and lead to challenge to maintain a single data of customer for
another order.
In payment process, the payment confirmation is a little bit delays when customers send
payment transitions in peak hour. Sometimes, admins don't get notifications when peak hour .
In promotion process, customer cannot know promotion products clearly based on reviews. This
means customers cannot see promotion product post in socail media when new socail media post is
formed.

Proposed system
For supply chain, there will record purchase information including manager information and
manufacturer informations. To addressd data redundancy, there will have purchase code for each
purchase data and the system will record each purchase data for each purchase process.
For sales and order process, the systm will available 24 hours to accept order and there will have
e-commerce features like, product search features, shopping cart features, order control features and
payment features and more. In admin side, admin can manage products, product type, orders and
payemnt.
For payment process, customers can view payment QR scanner based on their chosne payment
method when check out. Moreover, customer can submit payment recipt and order will confirm based
on this payment recipt. To admin know confirm order, there will have notification when order appear
and can have "Accept" and "Decline" button to accept or reject orders.
For promotio process, admin can manage promotions and customers can easily see promotion
section in shop page to know customer clearly see about promotion products.

Objectives
There have four objectives in this project that are analysis, design, implementation and
evaluation. The timeline for this project is 4 months.

About project plan


There are ten chapters in this project and project plan is divided based on chapters. Generally,
analysis stage takes 20 days to finsih and design takes 10 days. For implementations, there takes 2
months to finish and evaluation takes 1 months to finsish.
