Objective:

To enhance research and analytical skills related to


software/applications/telecommunication products by conducting a case study on
two leading companies in Bangladesh: Banglalink Digital Communications Ltd.
and Teletalk Bangladesh Ltd.

Introduction

The telecommunication sector in Bangladesh is marked by rapid technological


advancements and increasing user demands for digital services. This case study
focuses on Banglalink Digital Communications Ltd. and Teletalk Bangladesh Ltd.,
analyzing their software applications and strategic approaches in the market.

Banglalink Digital Communications Ltd.

 Overview: Banglalink is one of the leading telecommunications service


providers in Bangladesh, known for its innovative solutions and strong
market presence.
 Products and Services: Offers a wide range of voice, data, and digital

Teletalk Bangladesh Ltd.

 Overview: Teletalk is the only state-owned mobile network operator in
