Rainmatter and Avaana). Our goal is to unlock untapped capital from consumers
& enterprises via carbon credits and support local developers who avoid & remove
emissions. We aim to do this, by bringing transparency to the industry and
re-imagining carbon as a product via a full-stack & fun-to-use digital
infrastructure. We are trusted by 280,000+ consumers & 40+ brands including
MakeMyTrip, Zingbus, Airbus, Hero Motocorp, Yatra, Farmart, Neeman’s, etc.

We are seeking a highly competent and driven individual to join our team as a
Growth Associate.

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to the following:
1. Identify growth opportunities for Climes products, expand customer base,
TOFU and leads through creative outreaches.
2. Increase AOV and revenue from existing Climes products.
3. Expand, maintain and manage new and existing partnerships and
integrations - communicating with external stakeholders both for the
purposes of conversion and retention.
4. Grunt work, grunt work, grunt work.
5. Provide support to growth team on miscellaneous tasks.
6. Manage and coordinate physical events i.e. Carbon Neutral Events with
Climes customers.
7. Coordinating with various stakeholders across the team for execution of
Climes product integrations, namely product, tech, marketing and design
teams.

Candidate Profile
The successful applicant will have the following:
1. Proven track record of successfully implementing growth initiatives and
achieving targets.
2. Good understanding of climate and carbon industry, with special emphasis
on how Climes products fit within this context.
3. Excellent written communication and writing skills.
4. Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills to collaborate and
manage internal and external stakeholders.
5. Strong multi-tasking, management, organisational and operational skills.
6. Working knowledge of CRM tools like Hubspot is a plus.

6. Great attitude, optimistic, bold and unafraid of picking up the phone.
