Memorandum

To: Engr. J. Manzano, Main Branch R&D Division Head,

From: Engr. E. Dela Cruz, Assistant Head, Overseas R&D Division,
Date: 27 July 2039
Subject: Shipping of Physical Copies of Classified Manuals

Following the completion of several successful business and academic

partnerships with other organizations in the past quarter, the overseas
development program has undergone significant progress in terms of the
maturation of the original designs that our home branch research teams have
theorized but lacked the appropriate instrumentation and equipment to gather
substantial evidence for. Thus, came forth our special overseas delegation tasked
with negotiating the rights to utilize the technology of our potential partners.

And so, within the past year, quite the data has been gathered—especially so—in
the recent few months. To ensure the confidentiality and prompt delivery of the
experimental data, the overseas staff have decided to send the copies through
courier physically. The documents included are:

• Material stress, cost-effectiveness, compatibility information sheets

• Table of values for variations in high interference environments

• Possible methods of reducing PCB cost and manufacturing time

• Image and text documentation, Logs

I would like to inform you as well that this is only the first batch of experimental
data bound to arrive; the most important ones needed to progress in the projects
currently on hold in the main branch. Aside from the confidential files, the material
samples are hopefully taken care of by logistics by the end of 2 months from now.
Please contact me if ever anymore concerns or requests for data are to be
addressed. I look forward for more progress between us, as well as our external
partners.
