REQUEST FOR APPROVAL OF ESTATE CLAIM BY MS. STELLA LIM CHEN

We have received your request submitted by Ms. Stella Lim Chen, seeking the court's
approval for her partner in Singapore to process the claim of the estate belonging to
her late father Mr. Lim Chen.

Please be advised that this request cannot be approved due to the stipulation in the
will, which bequeaths 10% of the estate to Mrs. Sofea Tan, a citizen of the Federal
Republic of Singapore, who is legally married to Mr. Lim Chen- who transferred the
will written by his father (MR TAN CHONG) to his own daughter Ms. Stella Lim Chen.

In order to proceed with the claim, we require a statutory declaration of identity and
assets from the Syariah Court of Singapore regarding the 10% of the estate. This
process necessitates the physical presence of Ms. Stella Lim Chen in court during the
probate proceedings.

We regret any inconvenience this may cause; however, adherence to the proper legal
procedures in the probate process is mandatory.
