What I mean is when you spend for example 5 years or more in the company and your supervisor just

send you email saying from tomorrow this person is your new manager, I am promoted to be sector
manager, its disrespectful. I don’t know is it just my ego or what, but I had hard time to accept that, like I
am spare tire. I think that inside of me all trauma I had in the past and felling be less valuable generates
anger as defence every time when injustice is done to me. I need to learn how to be less vulnerable to
words of others and that opinion of others does not affect me. I need to learn how not to take this
situations personally…
