Project Management Exercise

Imagine you are the project manager with a team consisting of one project manager, one generalist and one analyst. Your team
projects to complete. Project 1 starts January 1st and Project 2 starts March 1st. Both projects need to be completed by the end

Your task is to effectively allocate the time of these three members of your team for Project 1 and Project 2. You are to complet
dates for each task listed in each phase.

You need to consider which team member will be required at which step and how much time they will need to commit. You also
additional stakeholders might need to be involved.

When you have completed both the project plans using the template, you can submit this assignment.
