PA - Project Management Exercise - Template Rudolph Ayertey - Submission
Imagine you are the project manager with a team consisting of one project manager, one generalist and one analyst. Your team
projects to complete. Project 1 starts January 1st and Project 2 starts March 1st. Both projects need to be completed by the end
when team members will be working on both projects at the same time, so there will be a period of overlap.
Your task is to effectively allocate the time of these three members of your team for Project 1 and Project 2. You are to complet
dates for each task listed in each phase.
You need to consider which team member will be required at which step and how much time they will need to commit. You also
