Here is my writing:
The cycle illustrates the life cycle of frogs from when they are eggs up until they
are adults.
Overall, after several developmental stages, the eggs turn into fully-grown adult
frogs approximately a year after they are laid, and they go on to live for about
12 years.
In the first stage of their development, the eggs turn into embryos after about a
week. By week 4, the embryos, now called tadpoles, stick to some aquatic plants,
develop external gills for breathing, and grow a tail. Following that stage, when
they are 6 to 9 weeks old, these amphibians morph into a real frog by growing the
hind and front legs and they live off the food that has been stored in their tail.
By the time they are almost 1 year old, their tail will have shrunk in size and they
will become young frogs. Finally, by about four months after that, they will grow
substantially in size and become adult frogs ready to mate and reproduce eggs.
