Mr. Parr,

In checking the permit listing, I see a permit noted in 1970 for a 2 car garage, drive, porch, and steps; and a
permit in 1997 for a driveway.

No other documentation is available. Generally speaking, we do not require surveys for permit applications.

 Hi Janet,

Can you please check in the archives once more to see what year 3779 O'Leary submitted a building permit for having the driveway
completely redone and the requested data for the garage being rebuilt from a wooden structure to the current day cement structure
that replaced the wooden garage.

1. From a black asphalt to white cement. Is there an attached survey of the property? I understand the records are bare, if even
existent, so take all the time you need.

2. Are any of the similarly requested documents available for the resizing from a one car wooden garage to a three car cemented
garage with windows and a motorized door?

Janet,

Thanks for those details, per my request. I understand that the city does not require a survey for most of what a resident does to their
real estate. However, it helps establish a sequence aka timeline of events. It also helps me in my other record requests to be
more specific on what I am requesting. I appreciate the swift response.
