1. Some went down to the sea in ships, to trade on the mighty wa - ters.
2. For he spoke and raised up the strorm - wind, tossing high the waves of the sea
3. Then they cried to the Lord in their need, and he rescued them from their dis - tress.
4. They rejoiced because of the calm, and he lead them to the haven they de - sired.

1. These have seen the deedsd of the Lord, the wonders he does in the deep.
2. that surged to heaven and dropped to the dephts. Their souls melted a - way in their dis tress.
3. He stilled the storm to a whis - per, all the waves of the sea were hushed.
4. Let them thank the Lord for his mer - cy, his wonders for the chil - dren of men.
