Please be advised that I/we have offered and THE APPLE AUTO SERVICES & TYRES SDN BHD has
agreed to accept the Vehicle to be traded -in on my/our following representations made and
warranties given, namely,
1. that I/we have acquired a lawful ownership title to the Vehicle with a valid road tax and I
/we shall provide to THE APPLE AUTO SERVICES & TYRES SDN BHD the Registration card
and road tax of the said Vehicle;
2. that the Vehicle is safe and in a roadworthy condition;
3. that the Vehicle is a lawful vehicle not a stolen vehicle;
4. that there has been no alteration, tampering with, defacement, mutilation or addition to
the Vehicle and/or to the Vehicle’s original registration card without the inspection,
endorsement, and approval of the relevant authorities.
5. that I/we have acquired the Vehicle legally or with proper enquiry or purchaser of the
vehicle in good faith;
6. that the Vehicle while it is in my/our custody has/have undergone the vehicle inspection
at PUSPAKOM including but not limited to the following inspection items:-
- identification
- tinted glass
- brake
- emission
- side slip
- above & under carriage
- speedometer
- suspension
7. that I/we shall provide to THE APPLE AUTO SERVICES & TYRES SDN BHD the inspection
report mentioned in item 6 above at my/our own costs;
