Subject: Application to reconsider the transfer orders regarding my health

conditions.

Venerated Sir,

I have just received the information of my transfer to Allied Bank Tandlianwala. I

have been serving my time in Allied Bank Mamukanjan from an year. I had also worked
in this branch in past years. The current duty place is near my home town and it is very
convenient for me to reach to and from the home which saves a lot of valuable time.

The new suggested location is very far (65km) from my accommodation and it requires
at least 2 hours which is quite expensive logistically also and it will also affect my work
efficiency due to fatigue and my present health conditions. I am a patient of
hypertension and heart disease from 2006. I also had a Left Coronary Arteriography
and Left Heart Catheterization in 2017, which may be further followed by Heart Stenting
if my cardiologist suggests.

So, I would like to request that please reconsider my transfer orders and retain me at
the same facility as there have been no issues as far as my performance is concerned. I
am also attaching my medical documents to further support my cause for this request. I
hope you consider my request.
