• Discount off Best Available Rate – minimum 10% and rate parity
• Travel Agent Commission – minimum 10%
• Price guarantee with rates floating according to Best Available Rate and in line with any promotional rates
• Last room availability
• No minimum/ maximum length of stay requirements
• Same day and at max 48h cancelation policy
• Complimentary amenities such as: free high-speed/ Wi-Fi Internet access, breakfast, fitness, parking, etc.
• Rates eligible for loyalty points (if available at property)
• TIP: Although most consortia only ask for 2 room types within the RFP, we do recommend all hotels to load all
room types against the consortia code for highest exposure and availability on higher/ less popular room
categories.
• Important for 2024: Many Consortia, TMC & Corporate clients are requesting your information about all CSR
initiatives taken at your hotel. We highly recommend to complete the “Sustainability & Diversity” questionnaire in
Lanyon/ Cvent. This also influences your visibility in some booking portals of consortia & TMC partners (see here
details by FCM).
