3.1.2. Take doubts of learners at the Offline Centres: The Educator shall be
available
to address and resolve learners’ inquiries, doubts, and concerns related to the
subject matter, either during or outside of the scheduled class hours

3.1.7. Conduct extra classes/sessions: The Educator agrees to provide additional

classes or tutorials, beyond the regular schedule, to address specific learner
needs or to cover essential topics comprehensively, as and when requested by
SHSPL

9.2. The Educator undertakes and acknowledges that during the Term of this
Agreement the
Educator shall exclusively work online with only SHSPL. The Educator agrees that
during the Term of the Agreement the Educator is not allowed to work on her/his own
or
with any third party in the online space, enter into online book deals, create or
be part of
any mobile application or website, upload content that is recorded or live content
whether
available for free or paid. Educator also understands that breach of this clause
shall
amount to material breach of the Agreement and the Educator shall become liable to
pay
the penalty as mentioned in clause 7 to this Agreement.

4. The students must ensure to have no backlogs in the context of participation in

the on-campus
processes (referring to the generalized recruitment criteria fixed from the
companies). However,
a student holding backlogs can be enabled to participate in an on-campus process at
a particular
instant provided his/her backlogs (if any) are cleared at that instant. The T&P
cell is responsible to
collect the updates from the examination section in this regard.

6.ii) Once getting registered for any on-campus process, it is mandatory for the
student to
appear for the selection process (starting with pre-placement talk) without any
deviation.
Failing which the student may not be allowed to participate in further 2-5 campus
processes with an information to the respective parents as well. The decision of
the T&P
cell will be final in this regard and is to be followed uniformly.

9. Registered and interested students proceeding for the selection process of a

company cannot quit
the process in between. However, there is a fair chance that the student may be
asked to quit the
said ongoing process based on the decision from the T&P cell.
10.Since participation to a process is voluntary, once a student participates and
gets selected then he/she
cannot back out from that company. He/she will be considered selected for the same
and will be
blocked from further processes referring to terms depicted in #7 and #8.
