Freedom for our land

we walk against, the yellow light,

our blood and sweat, become so dry
It was, the Saturday night
we must get move, or we die!

grey and black, above the frozen sky

eyes are open, but feel to cry
we walk away, and don’t get behind
left the noise of doom, that make us so fright

The wind is south,

The wind is north,
under the moon and boom,
how we miss our way home!

sing Maju tak Gentar, always in our heart

sing it along, make glad our feet
Over the lands, and down to the sea
Where our freedom will come home
True in the land, of our country
