SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

We, AMELIA SANSANO, ROMELIA S. FRANCISCO and REGINE

SANSANO, Filipinos, all of legal ages, widower/married/single, heirs of the late Romeo
Sansano who died intestate last February 22, 2021 at R2TMC Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya,
and with addresses at Barangay Caliat, Quezon, Nueva Vizcaya, do hereby name, constitute
and appoint MR. ERNESTO LINDAOAN, with postal address at Baguio City, Philippines,
to be our true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact for us and in our name, place and stead, to do any
or all of the following acts, to wit:

1. To file, sign and execute a loan application and mortgage contract from BOKOD
SULPHUR SPRING MULTIPURPOSE COOPERATIVE, Quezon, Nueva
Vizcaya Branch, for a loan in any amount that may be approved by the said
cooperative, offering as security for the payment of said loan the property covered by
Katibayan ng Orihinal na Titulo Blg. P-20590 containing an area of 294 square
meters and situated at Barangay Caliat, Quezon, Nueva Vizcaya, under such terms
and conditions as my said ATTORNEY-IN-FACT may deem proper and convenient;

2. To execute and sign the deed of mortgage, as well as other documents that may be
required by the said cooperative in connection with the said loan;

3. To claim, demand and receive the proceeds of the loan, including the authority to
encash checks or negotiable instruments covering the said loan;

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said ATTORNEY-IN-FACT full

power and authority to do and perform all and every act and deed whatsoever requisite and
necessary to be done in and about the premises, as fully as to all intents and purposes as we
may or could lawfully do if personally present with all the power of substitution and
revocation and HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that our ATTORNEY-IN-
FACT or his/her substitute can lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue thereof.
