AFFIDAVIT OF NON-TENANCY

I, SAUL BRYLLE B. PUGONG, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen,

and a resident of Barangay Kongkong, Kasibu, Nueva Vizcaya, duly authorized
by virtue of Special Power of Attorney executed by, MR. CRESENCIO P.
PUGONG, SR., dated June 13, 2023, after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law, hereby depose and state-THAT:

1. Mr. Cresencio P. Pugong, my father, is the absolute owner of a parcel of

land covered by Katibayan ng Orihinal na Titulo Blg. CARP2023000020,
containing an area of Nineteen Thousand Five Hundred Twenty Seven
(19,527) Square Meters, more or less, situated at Barangay Binogawan,
Kasibu, Nueva Vizcaya.

2. The said parcel of land is neither being tenanted nor cultivated by any
person or group.

3. I have not executed, nor my father, any document or agreement, whether

verbal or written, allowing any person or group to occupy or cultivate the
said parcel of land.

4. I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of the foregoing

statements and for whatever legal purpose it may serve.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 2nd day of

October 2023 at Bambang, Nueva Vizcaya.
