SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOWNALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

1. I, BASILIO SINAG, of legal age, Filipino, married/single and resident of Mabiga, Hermosa,
Bataan, do hereby name, constitute and appoint and by virtue of these presents have
NAMED, CONSTITUTED, and APPOINTED EFREN L. GUEVARRA, of legal age, Filipino, and
a resident of #52 Purok 2, Brgy. Colo, Dinalupihan, Bataan, as my true and lawful
ATTORNEY-IN-FACT, to act in my behalf and my name, place, stead to do the following
acts and things:
A. To represent me before the Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP), Registry of Deeds
(ROD) and other concerned government, agencies in connection with the release
and discharge of the Real Estate Mortgage, issuance of CFP/ROREM, and cancellation
of the annotation of encumbrances of lien on EP/CLOA TCT NO. 16173.
B. To submit to the receive from LBP, ROD and other concerned government agencies,
any documents relating to the issuance of CFP/ ROREM and other acts mentioned in
item A.
C. To sign any and all letters/documents concerning the issuance of the CFP/ROREM.
D. To request and receive the CFP/ROREM issued by LBP.
E. To sign the Data Privacy Consent From of behalf of the Principal and he/she is
authorized to disclose personal data or sensitive personal information on the
Principal.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said ATTORNEY-IN-FACT FULL POWER AND
AUTHORITY to do perform all and every acts, things whatsoever requisites or necessary
to be done in and about the premises and hereby ratifying and conforming all that my
said Attorney-In-Fact shall lawfully to or cause to be done by virtue of thereof.

F. We hereby UNDERTAKE to be solely responsible for whatever dispute/disagreement

that may arise within the family or cause by other interested party/ies as regards the
above-mentioned agricultural land in relation to the issuance/release of
CFP/ROREM.
G. We declare the LBP and/ or its officials and employees shall not be held liable for any
loss, damage, or injury, whether direct or indirect, actual or consequential or
otherwise, arising or resulting from the Special Power of Attorney, and we undertake
to hold the LBP and/or its official and employees free and harmless from any and all
liabilities and shall fully reimburse LBP and/or its officials and employees against any
and all claims and suits for loss, damage or injury by any third person/s
arising/resulting from this Special Power of Attorney and the release of CFP/ROREM.
