A PH110 student carried out an investigation to know the level of immunization knowledge
among 30 respondents in Hospital UiTM. A questionnaire was distributed to each
respondent. Their demographic data were then recorded. Their knowledge score of each
respondent was calculated based on the knowledge questions asked.
