UrbAngels Affidavit of Existence and Declaration of Intent

To All Who Care,

UrbAngels Holistic Health Delivery Service and UrbAngels Holistic Health Subscription Service,
both, intend to operate in and around the San Francisco Bay Area. All services rendered or provided by
UAHHDS and/or UAHHSS are for the express use and benefit of our members or patients. No
commercial services are ever offered nor have ever been offered by UAHHDS and UAHHSS nor any type
of commerce is ever engaged by or for nor has ever been engaged by or for UAHHDS and UAHHSS. All
rights reserved by UAHHDS and UAHHSS. Our name or logo or trademark or anything relative or related
to UAHHSD and UAHHDD is expressly for our use only. Any other use or mention is forbidden &
protected by law.

Any and all law enforcement are her and now, duly notified of the official existence and in turn
sovereignty

UAHHSD and UAHHDD, here by, declare our existence, and therefore naturally, declare our own
basic right of authority or our own jurisdiction to judge or in any way decide our ability to govern
ourselves, our employees and our practices in fair and humane fashion, thus negating, with this affidavit,
any need, necessity or claim by any outside agency to illegally or deceitfully impose that agency, or
agencies, wills, laws, rules, guidelines, mandates, criminal codes for corporations, etc, et al, upon
UAHHSD, UAHHDD and any of its employees, subsidiaries, products, actions or thoughts. We heretofore
declare our existence as a corporeal body capable of governing ourself and provide our intent to provide
any and all of our members, subscribers, friends, employees with all natural botanicals and medicinal
remedies in order to improve the life of any and all humans on our planet. Any attempt to unlawfully or
illegally challenge any claim provided within this affidavit will be null and void and will be prosecuted to
the fiullest extent of Maritime, Admiralty, Military and Common Law. In any event of unpermitted usage
of our name, logo, trademark, artwork, etc. UrbAngels will prosecute offenders to full extent of
Maritime, Admiralty, Military or Common Law.
